FixMe LLC is proud to accept all forms of payment; Credit/Debit, Checks, and Cash. With Square built into our services, you can tap-to-pay while we are onsite, or pay online with a simple click on our emailed invoices.
Fee Structure:
While it is important to be competitive, FixME LLC is a fully insured and highly experienced operation that will make the best use of our time at your site. Call or email anytime to let us know what you need. Some predictable services will have set rates, others will receive estimates, and various “small tasks” will be charged hourly:
Within 30 min of South Portland: $100 first hour & $60 per hour (one hour minimum).
Greater than 30 min: $150-$250 first hour & $80 per hour (one hour minimum, call for quote).
Parts & Hardware:
You will not be expected to pay hourly for trips to the hardware store. We do our best to come prepared for most jobs, but there may be a small charge for consumable hardware, PPE, & tools provided by FixME LLC when applicable (typically under $25). A premium will be charged for parts that we acquire on your behalf, and in rare cases, an additional travel fee may be assessed to collect specialty parts. In all cases, you will save money by pre-purchasing any fixtures or hardware you know you would like installed, and we will always be transparent about all charges added to your invoice.
What we don’t do:
As a “handyman” service, FixME LLC’s goal is to maintain a high level of availability for small jobs and repairs. We will not quote week long construction services like full remodels, large decks, structural repairs, roofs, etc. There is a need for professional services that construction contractors, licensed plumbers, and licensed electricians “don’t have time for”. Our goal is to promptly take on these tasks for reasonable predictable pricing and with quality and expertise you can count on.
